You can permanently delete your Lymbi account and all associated data at any time.
Open Lymbi, then Settings, Account, Delete my account, and confirm. Deletion happens immediately.
Email percy@lymbiapp.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my Lymbi account". We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days.
Your profile and sign-in details, health metrics (including data imported from Apple Health or Health Connect), medications, mood check-ins, journal entries, finance connections and spending totals, AI conversations and insights, trusted contacts, surveys and responses, data shares and access logs, and your community posts and replies. Nothing is kept afterward except records we must retain by law, such as purchase receipts held by Apple or Google.
