Open Settings, Connections in Lymbi and connect Apple Health (iPhone) or Health Connect (Android). Wearables such as Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, and Withings reach Lymbi through Apple Health or Health Connect: turn on sharing to Apple Health or Health Connect in that device's app, then tap Sync now in Lymbi.
Manage or cancel the Monthly Plan in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Use Restore purchases on the Monthly Plan screen after reinstalling the app.
Settings has account management, notification preferences, AI settings, connected services, and permanent account deletion. You can also request account deletion without the app.
If you are in crisis, Lymbi's in-app resources screen lists hotlines. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
